Todak-Todak is a self-led co-design project with a family of Korean cultural background, nurturing caregiving practices from pregnancy to motherhood. Designed to foster intimate connections, it adapts to the evolving dynamics of family life, facilitating communication through physical and emotional transitions. Inspired by cultural traditions, Todak-Todak reinterprets comforting spaces into a flexible furniture set that supports well-being, belonging, and empowerment of the household.
Transforming from an anchored dividing partition to a multileveled interactive surface, Todak-Todak encourages play as an active act of care.
